Domaine du Vieux Télégraphe Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc “La Crau” 2023

40% Clairette, 30% Grenache Blanc, 15% Bourboulenc, 15% Roussanne | Southern Rhône, France. One of the classic CdP producers, and their white does not disappoint. I love this wine, it is so food friendly and a crowd pleaser. It is also super rare to have a white CdP, as 5% or less is not red. It is not only super floral on the nose, but also has deep honeyed and stone fruit notes on the palate. There is also some mouth quenching minerality and acid, as well as a touch of well integrated oak.

Cobb Wines Doc’s Ranch Vineyard Pinot Noir 2021

A single vineyard Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir that is just incredible. Super tiny production and small family made. All estate grown fruit grown my winemaker Ross Cobb. With a South-East aspect, the vineyard is super special as it has a view of Point Reyes, and the morning fog sit in amongst the vines every morning. It is a super cool climate version of CA Pinot. The wine has bracing acidity and some of the best fruit structure I've had in a New World Pinot

Cacciatore D’Uve Carménère 2020

An Italian version of Carménère is such a rare and delightful thing to try and drink. Just a lovely medium bodied red wine that pairs with so many things on our menu, but is also delightful on it's own. With 35 year old vineyards that are farmed organically, this wine hits all the notes. It's a bit bold at first, but the tannins are so gentle and integrated, that you want the finish to go on forever.
