2022 F.X. Pichler 'Klostersatz' Riesling Wacahu

This Riesling is made by 5th generation wine maker Lucas Pichler. It's aromatic, bright, pure with crystaline fruit and a familiar stony minerality all held together with beautiful taut acidity.

2019 Aleksander Paso Robles

This winery, located in Paso Robles, was founded by former Los Angeles Laker Aleksander Sasha Vujačić and his Father, Goran. The wine is Bordeaux inspired, with Merlot leading the way. What I love about this wine is that it has both a freshness and a richness balanced by gorgeous fruit and polished tannins. It's guest friendly and reflects both the family's European roots and Paso's excellent terrior.

Daniel Veit

Daniel Veit developed his passion for fine wine at Del Frisco’s in Denver, working with a 3,000 reference list. He then gained hands on wine country and restaurant experience in Santa Barbara, including Wine Cask, The Lark, and Les Marchands. In Los Angeles, he built natural leaning and biodynamic wine programs and now leads the wine program at Wally’s Wine & Spirits in Santa Monica.
