The Lecture Room & Library is sketch’s most distinguished dining room, designed in rich tones of orange, crimson and purple, with silver-threaded walls and ornate ceilings. Helmed by French MasterChef Pierre Gagnaire and Head Chef Daniel Stucki, it has held three Michelin stars since 2019, offering a rarefied setting where gastronomy and elegance meet.

The Lecture Room & Library has one of Europe's most extensive By the Glass offerings, served exclusively through Coravin System: 16 Champagne & Sparkling wines, 13 Pink wines, 49 White wines, 42 Red wines, 17 Dessert wines, 10 Ports and 15 Madeira's

2018 Nuits-St Georges 1er Cru, Clos des Porrets-St Georges Blanc, Henri Gouges, Burgundy, France

Burgundy isn’t solely defined by Chardonnay, and Nuits-Saint-Georges offers a fantastic alternative with its Pinot Blanc (Pinot Gouges). The Premier Cru Clos des Porrets-St Georges Blanc, the rarest of them all, comes from the original mutated vine plot and is exclusive to the Lecture Room & Library.
