The Abingdon has been a cherished part of the Kensington neighbourhood since the Staples family acquired it in 1998. Our menu is unfussy but thoughtful—focused on flavour, quality, and local ingredients. And with a wine list featuring over 200 bottles from around the world, our wine bar is a true destination for enthusiasts and casual sippers alike.

Our wine menu is vast and ecclectic, featuring unique vintages from both the new and old world. We have over 30 wines on by the glass and with the coravin system we are able to offer by-the-glass pours of rare and top-tier vintages. Like a 2019 Chateanueuf de Pape we currently have on our whites by the glass or a Super Tuscan from the top-end winery Argiano.
