Sake Restaurant & Bar offers contemporary Japanese cuisine with an extensive sake list, companied with a selection of wines from across Australia, representing both renowned producers and artisanal winemakers that we love. Our list also includes key references from benchmark wine regions around the world, carefully chosen to complement the nuances of our cuisine.

Our wine list features 36 options of wine by the glass, from sparkling, white wine, red wine to dessert and fortified wine. The list is a combination of benchmark wine regions and artisan producers across Australia, complimented with Japanese wine.

MEET THE WINE EXPERTS

Linh Hoang

Started as a Junior Sommelier at Altitude Restaurant in Shangri-la Sydney in 2022, I then joined the sommelier team in Tetsuya's Restaurant before moving to Sake The Rocks to lead the beverage program. I am a certifed sommelier by Court of Master Sommelier, with WSET Level 3 in both Wine and Sake, completing my final stage of DipWSET
