In the historic heart of Rome, between Via Giulia and Via dei Banchi Vecchi, Per Me Giulio Terrinoni is the Michelin-starred restaurant of chef Giulio Terrinoni, primarily dedicated to the sea. The setting is elegant and minimal, divided into small intimate rooms. The wine cellar is conceived as a travel diary, curated by Maître Sommelier Fabrizio Picano in dialogue with the kitchen.

13 bottles on tap: 2 sparkling wines, 4 whites, 6 reds, with an Italian focus from Liguria, Piedmont, Tuscany, Abruzzo, Lazio, Marche, and Sardinia, plus one German Spätburgunder. The full cellar boasts over 350 labels, including a "Rarities" section of Grand Cru and iconic wines.

Fabrizio Picano designs the cellar at Per Me in dialogue with Giulio Terrinoni's cuisine. He conceived the wine list as a travel diary, with over 350 labels and a special focus on the region and small productions, including an in-depth Champagne section served by the glass.
