Amanda Fraga

Amanda Fraga, Beverage Director of The Genuine Hospitality Group since 2020, sees every glass as travel. After graduating from FIU in hospitality in 2011, she worked at The Setai and Lippi, then spent a 2014 harvest in Burgundy with Nicolas Potel at Domaine de Bellene. At TGHG she was sommelier at Michael’s Genuine and Amara, and her “Wine Wednesday” trainings teach the story behind each wine.
