Clara Rubin

Clara oversees Hawksmoor’s wine program with one foot in fine dining and the other firmly under the steak restaurant table. She judges at international competitions, teaches WSET, she’s occasionally wheeled out on podcasts or radio to talk about grapes, and has picked up a few awards along the way - but mostly she’s here to make sure the lists feel clever, consistent, and never, ever boring.
