Hank's is one of the premier steakhouses off the Strip, located in Green Valley Ranch, known for catering to locals. A very busy daily Happy Hour anchors the wine program along with a Best of Award of Excellence Wine List. Fine dining, but not pretentious. The menu is extensive with many steak options as well as many other items to round it out.

There are roughly forty wines by the glass between the standard list, happy hour, and the rotating Coravin program which changes frequently. The sommelier has the ability to cater the Coravin program to individual guest needs to enhance the guest experience on a nightly basis. Selections can range from moderate to higher end on pricing.

Having worked with some of the great celebrity chefs of the world, Rob has turned to Hank's to continue to stretch the breadth of the wine program. Most recently managing the iconic Golden Steer, Rob has worked also with Thomas Keller, Wolfgang Puck and Suzanne Tracht on their wine programs in the past.
