With sweeping views of the historic Queen Victoria Building, Glass offers a dining experience that celebrates the artistry of local, seasonal, and premium produce.

We offer around 50 wines by the glass, featuring Oliver Leflaive, Penfolds Grange, and Pol Roger. Unique highlights include Krug ’96, Marc Brédif ’69, Quintarelli 2015, and select DRC, alongside a wide range of dessert wines. Glass Brasserie celebrates 20 years at Hilton Sydney, with the hotel marking its 50th anniversary
