From classic to curious, there’s something for every palate at Freyja. Each guest enjoys a unique chef’s menu experience, and we often pair dishes to complement the wine they’ve chosen, or suggest the perfect bottle to elevate the meal. Rooted in our Scandinavian heritage, we also offer unique Nordic-inspired drinks for guests to explore—like Akvavit, Snaps, Copenhagen Sparkling Tea, and Mead.

We have around 200 bottles on our wine list and are pouring 22 wines by the glass.
Our offer is based of local, boutique producers and women winemakers. We also offer a range of international classics and like Burgundy and Piemonte as well as more niche gems including Slovanian skin contact wines

Clotilde Candusso

Clotilde Candusso is head sommelier. She has experienced working in hospitality in France, Australia, New Zealand and US cruise ships. She is a CMS Advanced Sommelier and MS candidate.
Mia Park is the sommelier and in training to become a head somm for or future restaurant in Sydney. She is a CMS Certified Sommelier and has great experience in hospitality, previously working for the Lucas group.
