At Bevir, Germán Ortega transforms the memory of Gran Canaria into a kitchen that unites territory, tradition, and innovation to create memories through each dish. The experience is completed with a carefully curated selection of Canarian wines led by Diego Tornel, who highlights the rich viticulture of the islands and complements each gastronomic offering.

We offer 30 wine options by the glass on our menu, as well as between 10 and 15 off-menu selections. Bottles with very limited production and unique projects from the island of Gran Canaria. For example, Terrumen from Vega de Gáldar with only 160 units.
