Our wine list that we present to the guests is in the form of an interactive application on ipads, where one is able to use filters to find wines by type, grape varietal, price, regions and others. The wines are presented in the application with images, descriptions, flavour profiles, and regional maps. The Sommeliers can also quickly find their recommendations for the guest and bookmark them.

The wine list is dynamic and ever changing. With 50+ wines by the glass, our aim is to offer accessible & premium selection to our guests, with the help of Coravin Preservation System, to complement our cuisine. Guests can find internationally recognised wines such as Dom Perignon & Antinori Tignanello as well as local icons with the likes of Brokenwood 'ILR' Semillon & Henschke 'Mount Edelstone'.
