With over 25 years of experience across Europe and Las Vegas, Zack Vasilev leads the award-winning wine program at Barry’s Downtown Prime. A Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, Zack is known for curating dynamic wine lists that pair seamlessly with the restaurant’s bold steakhouse cuisine. Under his direction, the program has earned multiple accolades, including the 2024 Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence. Zack’s passion for discovery and deep industry knowledge bring both iconic bottles and exciting finds to guests by the glass.
