Showcasing the world’s finest steak through Australia’s leading Wagyu program, including rare A5 Kobe beef, every dish is crafted with precision and paired with an award-winning wine list. Signature rituals—steak trolley, caviar service, and cocktails—elevate dining to an art of modern luxury.

The experience is paired with an award-winning wine list with over 60 wines by the glass and 500 selections to perfectly reflect the identity of our culinary journey. Wines by the glass include rare wines, highly rated vintages, and esoteric styles. 2006 Joseph Drouhin Clos des Mouches 1er Cru

From 40-year-old Pinot Noir vines on limestone and clay, the wine shows bright cherry, raspberry, and subtle spice, with silky tannins and earthy depth reflecting classic Beaune terroir, while the vintage brings elegance and balance. A graceful Burgundy that’s drinking beautifully now, with charm and complexity from a great site.

2018 Penfolds Bin 95 Grange

A Shiraz-dominated powerhouse from South Australia, it shows concentrated blackberry, plum, and dark chocolate with hints of spice and oak. Rich, layered, and structured, yet seamless, it reflects the depth and intensity of Grange’s iconic Barossa and McLaren Vale vineyards - 100 points by Andrew Caillard MW, as perfect as perfection comes!

2018 Didier Dagueneau Fumé de Pouilly – Pur Sang

Crafted from 30-year-old vines in the La Folie vineyard, nestled between woodlands near Saint-Andelain, this Sauvignon Blanc is a standout for me, showcasing a harmonious blend of white flowers and spiced apple pastry notes, with silken texture and excellent concentration. Its acidity provides a thread that holds the core together, leading to a lengthy and precise finish. The use of barrel aging rounds out the Sauvignon edges, adding depth and complexity.
