2025 Dormilona Chenin Blanc, Margaret River WA

saline, citrus scents, preserved lemon, green apple & pineapple alongside subtle waxy-nut notes. Vibrant acidity provides a crisp structure, leading to a medium-bodied palate with soft texture. A great showcase of Chenin Blanc in Australia.

2023 Mee Godard "Morgon Corcelette", Beaujolais FRA

Violets and blueberries lift from the glass, laced with delicate spice. Just on medium-bodied but firmly structured thanks to arching tannin across the palate, it builds steadily. The finish is long and keeps unfurling with each swirl.
