Vinette is a Parisian-style bar à vin offering bistro-style dishes with a Mediterranean touch, served as an à la carte menu crafted by Chef and Owner Stuart Ralston. The newest venture from the Aizle hospitality group follows in the footsteps of Aizle, Noto, Tipo & Michelin-starred Lyla, with a cocktail bar downstairs, Vivien.

With a world-class wine list curated by Group Head Sommelier Stuart Skea, expect a thoughtfully sourced selection focusing on Old World vignerons, complemented by standout bottles from further afield.

Currently 15 wines by the glass, not including sweet and fortified wines.

Christian worked at the award-winning, sadly missed Aizle restaurant as Head Sommelier for over two years before helming Vinette. With a focus on thoughtful wine curation and exceptional guest experiences, Christian brings a deep appreciation of the classics and an awareness of emerging wine regions, always seeking wines that express a sense of place, craftsmanship and personality.
