At TUJU, the experience unfolds through a 10-step menu, divided into three acts that follow the seasons of the year. Guided by São Paulo's seasonality, the kitchen offers one of the most acclaimed wine lists, featuring rare labels, renowned producers, and pairings that deepen the narrative of each season.

Our wine cellar spans two floors and holds around 3,500 bottles and 1,250 labels from different origins. The wine program is expressed through two pairings — Clave, with a classic approach, and Contraponto, focused on discovery — both designed to complement the seasonality of the menu and enhance the TUJU experience.

Thiago Frencl

Thiago Frencl began his journey in hospitality at Hotel Unique and on luxury cruises before dedicating himself to wine. Certified by WSET Level 3 and the International Sommelier Guild, he has been managing the cellar at TUJU since 2023, with over a thousand labels, creating seasonal pairings alongside his team of sommeliers.
