Ten Green Bottles started with a passion for importing great wine in 2007 and soon grew into the Brighton staple it is today. We’re all about the informal side of wine - incredible bottles, perfect cheese pairings, and lively private tastings.

Our wines by the glass change every week, and as we offer a range of private wine tastings, we always have a few specials open - but once the bottle is gone, it's gone! So keep an eye on our board. The one thing that doesn't change though, is that we always have a sparkling wine from Sussex open, to celebrate our region. This is consistently our most popular pour by the glass.

Court Garden Classic Cuvée

We’ve been working with Court Garden almost as long as we’ve been open, and it’s been on the by the glass list for pretty much that whole time. Made just a few miles away by a lovely local family, it’s consistently the best English fizz we’ve been able to find for the price. It’s beautifully fresh, with classic English flavours of greengage, green apple, and a touch of toast. Our best seller.

Ten Green Bottles was set up in 2007 by Simon Broad and Sam Devaney, on the basis of a shared passion for wine, a shared idea of what makes a wine exceptional, and a shared disappointment in the lack of availability of those wines in the UK at the time. In 2010 we opened the bar, based on the idea of the 'enotecas' that we loved in Italy.
