At Sühring, hospitality is warm, personal and genuine, welcoming guests as friends into our home. Our modern German cuisine reflects the childhood memories and global experiences of Thomas and Mathias Sühring. Our wine program focuses on Germany and France, with 1,500+ labels in our cellars, personally sourced and aged by the chefs.

We currently pour 24 wines by the glass, most sourced and imported directly by Thomas & Mathias Sühring and cellared for several years before release. The selection combines iconic winemakers and rare, prestigious bottles with lesser-known producers we have worked closely with for years, each reflecting its own terroir and character.

A dry Riesling from the Mosel's slate slopes. Expect intense minerality, vibrant citrus and stone fruit, and a long, precise finish.

A Cabernet Sauvignon-based blend from Tuscany's coastal Bolgheri region. Rich and structured, with dark fruit, refined tannins, and elegant oak integration.

Guillaume Perdigues

I was born and raised in Alsace, right next to Germany, so Riesling has always been close to my heart. I trained in Burgundy at Le Relais Bernard Loiseau, where I developed my passion for great wines. At Sühring, I love sharing wines by the glass, especially beautiful Rieslings Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs.
