Our menu, almost entirely by the glass thanks to Coravin, invites you to explore without limits, from small producers to large regions, in an intimate, elegant and deeply hospitable atmosphere.

At Pabú we offer the entire menu by the glass, made up of more than 400 references thanks to extensive use of Coravin, including great Champagnes and unique references. The menu evolves daily, combining historic producers and minimal intervention projects, with special attention to the freshness, energy and optimal moment of each wine.
