Gastronomic restaurant awarded three Michelin stars and three suns from the Repsol guide. A setting where the land of pickles, the banks of inland rivers, and the game from its mountains are the perfect pairing for a great selection of wines.

We offer more than 50 wines by the glass, covering all styles: sparkling, fortified and/or fortified, white, rosé, and red wines.
Vintage Rioja bottles may be the most important part of the selection, along with sherry wines, as well as other types.
We are located in one of the oldest and largest cigar houses in the city, in the lower area of the valley surrounding the historic center of Toledo.

The first vintage from a historic winery in Toledo, crafted by a great Rioja winemaker, very hard to find, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Merlot, resulting in a wine with body, character, and expression.

Uncle Pepe Fino 3 Palms

Jerezes de guarda, intense colors, deep and sharp flavors, dried fruits, and many salty touches, an old selection to round out and enhance flavors.

Villalobillos Estate

Airén, the quintessential queen grape of Castilla-La Mancha, a young winery that does things very well, showing the world the purity of a grape so underestimated, youth, acidity, and freshness.

The youngest and most awarded sommelier in this country, with extensive experience in national and international sommellerie.
