We have an ever changing list of gastronomic and unusual wines, sherries and cocktails. A large selection is by the glass and you can choose straight from the shelves. Start with an aperitif or a glass of something sparkling, then dive into our menu and enjoy a selection of snacks, small plates, or seasonal set menus with paired wines.

Our wine lists change several times a week and we also have over 600 lines on our retail shelves that can all be chosen to drink in. Our hugely knowledgeable team are at hand to advise and guide through all styles and price points. We always have at least 40 wines by the glass and specialise in all things Jerez, both fortified and unfortified.

Brilliant gold in colour, with a sublime combination of delicacy and pungency. Vibrant and fresh, with an electric energy, umami complexity, immensely long and appetising.
Only 4500 Bottles made! A vintage (2018) single-vineyard white made from Palomino sourced from vineyards in the Pago Miraflores La Baja then aged under flor at natural strength, slightly fortified with wine spirit and finally aged in Sanlúcar for almost three years in the traditional biological system.

Garnacha, El Berrakin, Daniel Ramos, 2023

A firm favourite for the last ten years, from the beautiful Gredos mountains in Spain, A fresh garnacha from the garnacha whisperer himself, Daniel Ramos; earthy, mountain herbs and spice. Red berries, strawberries, crisp raspberries and sour red cherries on the palate with great acidity and structured tannins.

Paul Morgan, Anna Reilly & Team

Co-owner Paul brings four decades of hospitality experience and an unbridled passion and drive bringing quality wine and sherry to Brighton & Hove. Anna joined in 2020 to follow her obsession, leading tastings and events with an infectious enthusiasm. Together they source and curate a terroir-driven list with small producers and rare sherries at affordable prices, supported by a fabulous team.
