Evuna started as an enoteca-style shop, showcasing award-winning Spanish wines from family run bodegas. Eighteen years on, we’re still just as passionate to bring you undiscovered gems. Our first love, and where the story started; Evuna Deansgate. Slip in for a spot of tapas and a glass of wine, or a true Spanish banquet and a few too many bottles of our delicious Naveran Brut Cava.

Our founder Jane personally selects and imports more than 6,000 bottles every month, and whilst it’s time consuming, it means Evuna can bring you award-winning wines you won’t find anywhere else, and at such great value, that other restaurants look on in disbelief.

A white wine fermented 15 meters under the sea in the French Atlantic. Made with a secret "Atlantic Blend" of white varieties and cultivated under the sea.

Our famous house red is made exclusively for Evuna from bodegas Yllera. It's full of soft black cherry fruits, a fantastic, easy drinking Tempranillo from Valladolid near Ribera del Dureo

Arzuarga Rose

Clean Salmon Pink Rose from Ribera del Dureo, notes of strawberry and raspberry dominate with a wide fresh cherry palate. An excellent blush.

Jane Dowler

Founder Jane left her career to immerse herself in Spanish wine living on a vineyard in La Mancha during harvest and learning the craft from the ground up. Jane selects wines from independent Spanish bodegas, choosing bottles with character, provenance and a story worth telling! 24 years on we are still devoted to the same founding vision to champion worldclass Spanish wines from family vineyards
