Gwen Butcher Shop & Restaurant is a Michelin-starred restaurant from fine dining chef Curtis Stone. Curtis partnered with his brother, Luke Stone, to create this old-world, European-style butcher shop and elegant restaurant that calls on fire-based cooking techniques. Gwen butchers and dry-ages its own proteins, and makes their charcuteries in house.

Gwen features a deep wine list, hightlighting many older vintages and hard-to-find wines. Multiple wines are available on Coravin by the glass as well as an extensive dessert wine list.
