A French-inspired bistro by the bay, Winston’s Melbourne offers a relaxed yet refined dining experience in Black Rock. Our menu highlights seasonal local produce, combining classic French techniques with modern Australian flavours. Alongside our carefully curated wine selection, we serve expertly crafted cocktails designed to complement every dish.

At Winston’s, our wine list is built on an ethos of respect, for the land, the grower, and what's in the glass.

We champion small producers (most of who we know personally or have met along the way) who farm with care, working thoughtfully with their soils and vines to express the true character of their place.

We offer between 20 - 25 glasses on a weekly rotation and over 170 by the bottle
