Mr. Crab is the project of Jesús León and Fátima Villanueva, where a very personal kitchen reinterprets Andalusian recipes using seasonal products, especially fish and seafood from Cádiz and Huelva. The experience is completed with a constantly evolving wine cellar, recognized in Seville for its service by the glass and its commitment to Andalusian wines and small producers.

At Mr. Crab, wine is an integral part of the gastronomic experience. The menu features over 350 references and around 100 wines by the glass thanks to the use of Coravin, allowing them to serve prestigious labels alongside small producers. The selection, constantly evolving, places special emphasis on Andalusia, the Jerez region, and unique references that are hard to find in Seville.
