Since 2018, Camila Ferraro and Robert Tetas have been shaping Sobretablas, a contemporary culinary project with its own identity. A cuisine connected to the land, a carefully selected wine cellar, and warm hospitality come together to offer a slow and fulfilling experience, designed to be enjoyed at the table from beginning to end.

We have about 50 wines by the glass, featuring important references from distinguished producers that are served using Coravin.

Robert Tetas Casals

Robert Tetas trained in Girona with a degree in Front of House Service and a postgraduate in sommellerie from the University of Girona. He worked for over 4 years at El Celler de Can Roca. He was runner-up in the Catalonia sommeliers competition in 2017, best sommelier of Andalusia in 2021, and received several recognitions for the restaurant's wine list.
