Just a stone’s throw from the sun-drenched sands of Bondi Beach, our Spanish Mediterranean Restobar is a vibrant oasis that pays homage to the Balearic Islands. Savor the flavors of the region with a menu bursting with fresh seafood, aromatic paellas, and a curated selection of Spanish wines and cocktails.

Iberica's wine list looks to highlight the beautiful wines coming from Spain and Portugal, as well as Australian renditions of these mediterranean grape varietals. We offer 26 wines by the glass (including vermut/fortified/sweet) which all give our guests the opportunity to taste beautiful Spanish food with their intended accompaniments.

2023 Luis Seabra 'Xisto Ilimitado' Rabigota blend, Douro POR

From one of the most exciting producers in the world right now. Luis Seabra is making incredible, terroir-focused, authentically Portuguese wines in Douro and Dão. This is his entry level white which shares aspects of both Chenin Blanc and Chablis. Undeniably, mouthwateringly, delicious.

2024 Ollie Margan 'Breaking Ground' Albariño, Hunter Valley, AUS

Ollie's Albariño has been by the glass since we opened the restaurant. Fresh, slightly textural, with a delicious salted peach note, what's not to love. Australia is embracing the mediterranean varietals of the world and creating some very exciting wines.

2023 El Galayo Garnacha, Sierra de Gredos, SPN

Without a doubt one of the most exciting wine regions in the world right now. This entry level Gredos Grenache is a perfect gateway into the style being made in this region right now. A beautiful wine at a very accessible price point.

Keenan wrote the Mediterranean focused, Ikaria & Iberica, wine lists in Bondi. Both of these lists offer people the unique experience to taste the flavours of Greece and Spain, alongside their local grape varieties.
