Il ristorante Flore 2 Stelle Michelin & 1* Stella Verde si trova nell'Hotel De L'Europe. Un ristorante con un concetto sostenibile e con prodotti dai Paesi Bassi che seguono la stagione. La lista dei vini è suddivisa in tre concetti: Il Concetto 1 segue la filosofia del ristorante, il Concetto 2 comprende tutti gli stili e il mondo intero, e il Concetto 3 presenta vini dolci, vini fortificati e liquori.

Abbiamo una vasta gamma di amanti del vino che amano provare vini classici; tuttavia, la maggior parte dei nostri ospiti è disposta a provare diversi paesi o stili che offriamo, spostandosi facilmente dalla Borgogna a Cipro, abbiamo una selezione di Champagne al bicchiere e ci piace servire anche vini iconici, accanto ai vini elencati, offriamo spesso anche un paio di vini alla cieca con Coravin.

Originario della Puglia, ha ricevuto formazione in rinomati locali in Italia e nel Regno Unito. Presso Flore, ha ampliato la cantina a oltre 1.500 etichette e ha creato un programma vinicolo multi-concept incentrato sulla sostenibilità e su abbinamenti audaci e a bassa intervento.
