Siamo un piccolo ristorante ispirato al Ducato di Savoia, un ducato che ha controllato le Alpi francesi e italiane per centinaia di anni. Quindi cibo e vino francesi, italiani e svizzeri. Praticamente tutto ciò che offriamo proviene da un raggio di 200 km dal Monte Bianco. Simon, il nostro chef, ha avuto una stella Michelin per diversi anni.

Portiamo molti interessanti vini alpini che sono estremamente sottovalutati a Londra. Non solo abbiamo ottimi vini a un prezzo molto ragionevole, ma puoi anche imparare un po' di storia sul Ducato mentre bevi!

Abbiamo una piccola area davanti al ristorante che usiamo come un piccolo wine bar, circondati da bottiglie e con una grande finestra da cui osservare il tramonto.

Some would say THE Savoie white. Kept back until ready to release by the talented (and sadly about to retire) Louis Magnin.

Tight and concentrated at first but soon unfolds into layers of Lactic energy.

Brut 'Flûte Enchantée' NV Vignoble Guillaume, Franche-Comté

Unbelievably good value 'Cremant' (no appellation), has a write up in the observer this week as a reviewer liked it so much.

From Xavier Guillaume in Franche-Comte, smallest growing region in france. Xavier runs the premier vine nursery in france but also makes wine. Its a rich stone fruited, 2 y on lees champagne blend copy cat but at a fraction of the price.

Barbera 'Superiore' 2021 Roberto Voerzio Asti, Piedmont

Voerzio, famous for his Baroli, but we all know the Barbera is where its at!

Absolute steal at 15 quid, its old school Barbera, dense and extracted, but delicious with or without food.
