Part wine playground, part neighbourhood wine bar, the list brings together benchmark classics alongside visionary growers and future-forward producers from Australia, the Mediterranean and beyond. Through Enomatic & Coravin, guests can explore 40+ wines in 30/75/ or 125ml pours without intimidation.

With 45+ rotating wines on Enomatic, 4 Champagnes by the glass and additional premium bottles available via Coravin, CODA is built around exploration and discovery. The list focuses on wines of altitude, volcanic soils and rugged terroirs, from the Canary Islands and Azores to Corsica, Etna and beyond, with almost the entire list accessible by the glass through 30ml, 75ml or 125ml pours.
