A family-owned neighbourhood wine bar in Prestwich, Manchester. The wine list at Cellar Door focuses on the Old World, but it’s a curated selection of wines we enjoy from across all regions. No discrimination, we sell what we like.

We have over 180 wines, including 16 sparkling, all available by the glass. We also offer 50 ml measures of all our still wines so you can curate your own wine flight. Our aim is to make wine accessible to everyone, without the snobbery.

Sarah Wood and Benjamin Windle

Siblings Sarah and Ben started visiting wine bars together when Ben moved to Manchester. Ben has a keen interest in Burgundy, and Sarah’s favourite wines come from the Northern Rhône. They both enjoy Barolo, and have eleven available by the glass.
