Cairons 2024 – Oriol Fàbregas

An unconventional interpretation of Cabernet Sauvignon in Penedès. Oriol Fàbregas shows a fresher, more fluid, and Mediterranean side of a variety usually associated with more structured wines. An expressive red, with red and black fruit, herbal notes, and great drinkability.

L’Abellar 2021 – Jordi Raventós

Made with Subirat Parent, a historic and little-known variety from Penedès. It is an aromatic, delicate, and unique white wine, with notes of white flowers, ripe citrus, and Mediterranean herbs. A wine that allows you to discover another side of the Catalan wine heritage.

Solarium 2015 – Research

A dry rancid wine from southern France made with Macabeo and a long oxidative aging. Complex, deep, and full of nuances, it reveals notes of dried fruits, orange peel, spices, Mediterranean herbs, and a delicate saline character. A contemplative wine that connects with an ancestral tradition and demonstrates that a wine-by-the-glass menu can also offer truly exceptional aged wines.
