A live-fire restaurant inspired by the Navarra region of Northern Spain. Relaxed, with a deep rooted respect for heritage. Our menu showcases the best of seasonal British produce married with the essence of Spanish cooking. Centred around our open kitchen and grill, small plates and larger dishes are served to the table and designed to be shared.

We are driven to showcase and share so many wonderful beverages from our carefully-selected producers. We have over 50 different lines available by the glass at any given time across so many different styles. Including a really interesting selection of Sherries all available BTG. We are playful in these selections and can always find something to suit the great offerings from our kitchen.

Bodegas Cota 45 Agostado

A fascinating wine from one of the pioneers of the unfortified sherry movement. Here is a wine that is in essence a Palo Cortado but unfortified, instead using Asoleo methods as well as grape varieties other than Palomino. Very long and complex.

Clos Larrouyat Jurancon Sec Meteore

An expressive dry-Jurancon here with plenty of intriguing aromatics backed by a lovely freshness and minerality.

A real old-school legend of Gattinara. Always ageing the wine further until he considers them ready. A great take on Nebbiolo.
