NV Larmandier-Bernier ‘Longitude – Blanc de Blancs’ Côte des Blancs, Champagne

A grower Champagne, crafted from 100% Chardonnay. Vibrant and mineral-driven, with delicate citrus, white flowers, and a refined, persistent mousse. Elegant and expressive.

2014 Semillon, Brokenwood ‘ILR Reserve’, Hunter Valley

A beautifully aged Hunter Valley Semillon, showing honeyed lemon, green apple, and flinty minerality. Its 9 year development brings depth, vibrant acidity, and a long, textured finish.

2005 Grenache, Château Rayas ‘La Pialade’

A legendary, mature Grenache from one of Châteauneuf-du-Pape’s most famous producers. Shows complex red berries, dried herbs, and silky tannins, with remarkable depth and elegance after nearly two decades of aging.

Hanna è una sommelier nata in Brasile con 7 anni di esperienza presso Hunter St Hospitality, di cui 6 a Rockpool Sydney, dove ha affinato la sua esperienza nel servizio di vini pregiati. Ora è Head Sommelier presso The Collective, curando un programma di vini dinamico che fonde stili internazionali con etichette australiane iconiche. Hanna sta perseguendo il Diploma WSET ed è un membro attivo del Comitato Sommeliers Australia.
