Ried Spitzerberg is a distinctive expression of Blaufränkisch from the Carnuntum.
This wine stands out for its fuller style of blaufränkish, with spicy, meaty notes, and vibrant acidity, which are shaped by the unique terroir, warmer climate influence by the Danube and Hainburg hills, and Michaela ’s natural winemaking approach. It is extremely well balance wine who can be paired with many different food from simple charcuterie to gamey dishes.

Ayur is an expressive biodynamic orange wine from La Spanda in Roussillon. Virginie Magnien, former co-owner of Causse Marines, acquired some land from Olivier Pithon.
The Muscat à Petits Grains juice is combined with Muscat d’Alexandrie berries for a 2 month maceration before spending time in amphorae, barrels and fiberglass. It shows elegance, and has an aromatic, floral and spicy profil with a lively minerality.
We love to put it by the glass as Muscat is often undervalued.

Coeur Vaillant is an outstanding wine from Tracy-Sur-Loire, a commune that sits within Pouilly-Fumé in Loire. This wine is the 1st cuvée of the solo project of Caroline Bain. She has 2.5 hect biodynamically farmed. A tinny natural winemaking production. The wine is aged 30 months in stainless steel, resulting in a pure, elegant profile with mineral and herbaceous notes, and oily texture. It showcases the silex, clay, and limestone soils, offering a rich yet balanced and flinty Sauvignon Blanc.
