2 Michelin stars, a restaurant where the kitchen meets the dining room in a pleasant and informal setting.
Around the stoves, three chef’s tables welcome guests, offering a privileged viewpoint to witness the transformation of raw ingredients, discover new techniques, and observe the work of the brigade in an ongoing, open dialogue between guests and the kitchen.

We don’t like having a written selection of wines by the glass because it would limit us to a restricted choice. What we enjoy instead is having a direct conversation with the guest, understanding their tastes and preferences, and trying to satisfy them in the best possible way by exploring different labels, both from the wine list and beyond.

I began developing a passion for the world of wine during my internship at Al Carroponte, guided by Oscar Mazzoleni (Italy’s Sommelier of the Year for Michelin 2025), who gave me the opportunity to engage with a vast selection of wines, sharing them with great passion.
Now, together with Marco, who brings extensive international experience, we work in strong synergy, sharing our knowledge and preferences with our guests.
