GLASS HIGHLIGHTS

Subject to availability*

Pecorino, Ciavolich 'Aries', Abruzzo, IT

Chiara's Pecorino exudes lemon, wet stone or yogurt aromatics. Ripe apples on the palate with a touch of creaminess. It's rich in texture and perfect to pair with a variety of lighter meat dishes as well as an apertif. I love the unique aromatics of Ciavolich pecorino.

Vigna Dorata Franciacorta Rose, Lombardy, IT

Traditional method rose made from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay hailing from Lombardy, IT. Nose of strawberries & cream, yet finishes bright and crisp. A fav to recommend with oysters and our crudo dish.

Pinot Noir, Dunites, San Luis Obispo

A cool climate pinot noir made by husband & wife duo. These wines reflect the terrior of the coastal dunes of San Luis Obispo. Elegant and food friendly with a california twist.
