Establishment founded in 1982 at its current location, although it is run by the third generation of restaurateurs. Highly valued for its family-friendly, cozy atmosphere and excellent customer service. It is an ideal place both for having an aperitif and enjoying a homemade meal. Notable for its variety of wines by the glass and appetizers. Very popular on Mondays because they serve fried egg pinchos.

Their more than 40 wines by the glass at the bar, where the variety of reds, whites, and rosés never fails to surprise visitors who do not expect to find something like this in such a small town. Ribera, Rioja, Toro, Valtiendas, Cigales, Rueda, Rías Baixas, Bierzo, Vino de Pago... The selection by the glass is very comprehensive both in regions and grape varieties.

Carmelo Rodero 9 months

A classic from our bar. It is a young red wine from Ribera del Duero with aging, very lively and fruity (ripe red fruits), but with that elegant touch of clean wood, licorice, and vanilla given by its 9 months in French oak barrels. It is round, fresh, and very easy to drink.

BLOND

One of the most renowned white wines of Galicia, produced by Rafael Palacios. It is an intensely mineral wine, with aromas of white fruit (apple, pear), wild herbs, and a saline touch. Aged on lees in oak foudres, it has a creamy texture and a long, fresh taste on the palate. Godello with a small percentage of Treixadura.

Prestige View

Vino de Pago, Dehesa Peñalba (Castilla y León)
Mainly made with Tempranillo and Syrah (usually contains a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot depending on the vintage)
Powerful, complex, and full of character, aged for about 18 months in barrels. It stands out for its aromas of ripe black fruit, spicy notes (pepper, cocoa), and a toasted, balsamic background. On the palate, it is structured, mature, and has a very long finish.

Journalist, chef sommelier trained at the Spanish School of Tasting. Blind tasting judge for PWC of the Association of Wine Journalist Writers (AEPEV) and member of the Madrid Sommeliers Association (ASUMAD).
Her training in sensory analysis and oenological knowledge is reflected in a carefully curated selection of references. Additionally, she leads a tasting group where she shares her passion for wine.
