Graham Beck 'Blanc de Blancs' 2013

Wine made by one of the best sparkling wine producers in South Africa, following very closely in the footsteps of champagne.

Mooiplaas 'Houmoed' Chenin Blanc 2015

Old bush vine chenin blanc, aged for 11 years. Rich, creamy, hints of vanilla, bright acidity still for the age.

Taaibosch 'Crescendo' Red Blend 2021

The only wine produced by this farm, inspired by the right bank of Bordeaux, however led off by Cabernet Franc instead of Merlot. Beautiful minerality to the nose, with a rich palate.

Carlo Stevens, Jarrod Galvin

Carlo Stevens is a part of the history of Constantia Valley, working at nearly every farm in the valley, as well as the original La Colombe at Constantia Uitsig.

Jarrod Galvin has joined the team from La Colombe, where he was a sommelier under Michelle Erasmus. He has a great interest in new and exciting wines, especially in newer grape varietals in South Africa.
