From Gourmet ingredients to some one hundred labels of Italian wine, Cucina offers a curated approach to food and lifestyle that represent our heart, passion, and love. Our ten individual food stations offer an impressive selection of the highest quality foods, ethically-sourced both locally and internationally, from producers who put forth as much soul into their craft as we do in ours.

We serve roughly 50 wines by the glass. In the past years, we served wines from all Italian regions and not only. I like to showcase indigenous varieties and uncommon expressions of the most well-known varieties.

Very small production in the 5 Terre region.
A fresh and approachable Ligurian white made primarily from Vermentino, Macaia Bianco captures the coastal character of the region. Delicate aromas of citrus, white flowers, and crisp orchard fruit lead to a dry, refreshing palate with bright acidity and a subtle mineral finish. Versatile and easy-drinking, it pairs beautifully with seafood, shellfish, light pasta dishes, and Mediterranean cuisine.
