This restaurant brings refined Italian dining to Dusit Thani Bangkok. Implementing Bombana's vision, the Italian chef marries classical roots with modern technique in confident, well-balanced dishes. Featuring warm lighting and plush seating, the elegant room overlooks a calming waterfall. The 350-label wine cellar is overseen by a clued-up sommelier team.

The focus of the wine list is on Piedmontese wines and, in particular, the selection of wines from the Cannubi MGA is impressive, with a good selection of its top producers in newer top vintages. In addition to the Italian selection, the list also features a good array of French wines – the Burgundy and Bordeaux sections will satisfy more Francophile drinkers.
