Located in the heart of the Bacalan Market, opposite the Cité du Vin in Bordeaux, Vinimarché is a wine bar with a friendly atmosphere. The counter offers a selection of wines, with some excellent references to discover by the glass or by the bottle. The team is made up of sommeliers passionate about their craft! A lively space where tasting, sharing, and enjoying good products come together.

With 35 wines available by the glass, we aim to showcase as many different vintages, regions, and styles as possible. Thus, we offer exceptional sweet wines such as Château d’Yquem 1998 or Klein Constancia 2019, iconic red wines like Château Figeac 2009 or Château Rayas 2015, and whites such as Carbonnieux 2020 or the En Lulune cuvée from Domaine Genot-Boulanger.

Château d'Yquem 1998, Sauternes

Château d’Yquem 1998, the only Premier Cru Supérieur of 1855, bears the signature of Count Alexandre de Lur Saluces, whose family has cared for the estate for more than two centuries. A hot and dry summer, followed by botrytis from the September rains. Pale gold, aromas of crème brûlée, candied ginger, mandarin. Smooth and taut palate: finesse rather than opulence. A rare and exceptional Yquem, already a great pleasure to enjoy.

Château Figeac 2009 Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

Figeac 2009 is a vintage crafted under the guidance of Thierry Manoncourt, the agronomist who made the estate a model of classicism and passed away in 2010. On its gravel soils, the cabernets dominate the merlot, a rarity in Saint-Émilion. Blackcurrant, black cherry, licorice, graphite, and a hint of pepper. Velvety texture, fine tannins, long and fresh finish despite the ripeness.

Château Rayas 2015, Chateauneuf-du-Pape

Château Rayas 2015 is the work of Emmanuel Reynaud, a discreet winemaker who passed away in November 2025, heir to a lineage founded in 1880 by Albert Reynaud, then carried on by his uncle Jacques, a legend of the appellation. Pure Grenache on fine sand, aged without new oak in large old casks. Clear color, cherry brandy, crushed strawberry, Provençal herbs. Pure fruit, silky tannins, endless finish. A wine of airy elegance, rare and exceptional.
