The wine list is born from the desire to tell the story of a territory above all. We conceive wine as a means of communication, which through the hands of the producer conveys the taste of that land. We therefore seek out all those winemakers who have an artisanal philosophy, aiming to preserve the land without excessive use of chemicals, with a focus on Italy and France.
