In the fifteenth-century Palazzo Soave, Velvet bar is the place where history merges with the art of good drinking and where the classics of mixing meet the most contemporary tastes. The atmosphere is warm and intimate, with soft lights and Art Deco details, sofas and live music.

We offer a proposal different from the standard of Verona, proposing a choice that brings alternatives to the classic Veronese wines, without ever denigrating what the territory is. Some small as well as large companies are present. Thanks to the presence of the Iris restaurant, we can take advantage of exclusive wines upon request, choosing from their wine list. All this in a 15th century building.

35 years old, always in the horeca world. I went through different styles of service, moving from the pizzeria, at 20 years old, owner with partners, moving at 23 years old to a fish restaurant in the city center, as an employee, for over 11 years, where I honed my knowledge of wines, and then finding myself in the opening team of the local Velvet bar where I still am.
