2018, Roebuck Blanc De Noirs, West Sussex

Brut, linear, elegant and fresh with a minerality characteristic. Perfect as an aperitive and matches very well with seafood or any light dishes. Personally, I prefer to drink it on its own.

2020, Petit Verdot, Quinta da Romaneira, Portugal

Medium plus bodied, juicy but soft and elegant on the palate. Plums, sweet cherry and dark chocolate are backed by ripe tannins and refreshing acidity. Very well balanced with a long finish.

2024, Riesling, Watervale, Jim Barry, Clare Valley, Australia

On the nose there are scents of jasmin, elderflower, citrusy fruits and very gentle notes of petrol. On the palate it is dry and light, very refreshing with green apple and citrus fruit notes.
