Story Cellar is the next chapter of the Restaurant Story brand – combining classic dishes and exceptional wines, with creative flair and counter-style dining. It lies in the heart of the iconic Seven Dials neighbourhood – London’s beating creative heart. We are dedicated to dining that evokes memories and creates new narratives, fusing cutting-edge creativity with a desire to rip up the rule book.

The wine list features a core of around 25 wines by the glass for still whites and reds, and has some guest appearances of bottles for a limited time. There is also the option to buy your favourite bottle from the by the glass selection to take home.

Carolina Seibel

Carolina started her career at Terrenos Winebar in Stockholm before working at Fredrik Eriksson’s Långbro Värdshus. A short stint in Sydney, Australia, saw her working at Berowra Waters Inn and at Stuart Knoxs’s Fix St James. In London, she has had stints at Portland restaurant, Comptoir Cafe and Wine, Scully St James and at Petrus by Gordon Ramsay.
