Restaurant St. Barts is a Michelin-starred and Green-starred restaurant offering a British dining experience, hidden in London’s Smithfield, overlooking the historical Church of St. Bartholomew the Great. The menu celebrates the world-class, seasonal produce of the British Isles uses techniques from around the world to showcase them at their best.

The wine list focuses on low-intervention, terroir-led producers from the
UK, Europe and around the world. The 30-reference by the glass selection is supplemented by pairing wines, that change weekly as dishes on the 14 course menu change.
