Domaine Didier Dagueneau is one of France’s great iconic estates, producing incredible, mind-bendingly complex Sauvignon Blanc since 1982. In 2021, Benjamin Dagueneau broke with tradition. Following a difficult growing season, he decided to pick early and quickly. Instead of making Pur Sang, Buisson, Silex, etc., he blended all the fruit into this one cuvée. It is a wine that creates a lot of excitement in the bar, and customers love being able to try this incredible wine by the glass.

Domaine René et Vincent Dauvissat is arguably the finest domaine in Chablis. This is a brilliant wine, crisp stone fruit, citrus oil, white flowers, oyster shell and subtle hints of orange blossom. It has lovely depth at the core and an electric finish.

San Giusto a Rentennano is one of the leading producers in the Chianti Classico region, with Percarlo being one of the most collected wines in Tuscany. We have a small parcel of this wine, so it is fantastic to be able to offer it on the list by the glass. Percarlo 2020 is wonderfully understated, with mind-blowing balance and almost no perception of tannin.
